Before you go out into the public for the day, take a couple of deep breaths filling up your stomach, hold for a while, and then release it by blowing out. The intention you can set for yourself, is a day of observation.

Observe people that you encounter for the day. Observe the way they act and react to situation they are in. While observing, ask yourself: are these people are courteous or are they rude/disrespectful?  Are they aware of others that are around them or do they just not care and are oblivious?

While driving, do you see drivers that seem to be driving dangerous and, in a hurry, putting others at risk? Or do you notice drivers that are safe and courteous?

When having a conversation with someone, are they attentive of what you are saying? Or are they cold, rude, and can’t be bothered?

Obseve people with kids. Are the kids undisciplined or are they polite and courteous?  Do they listen, or do they take tantrums if they don’t get what they want? Notice how the adults deal with these situations.

At the end of the day, reflect upon what you have observed and encountered throughout the course of the day. Recall the good and the bad and the actions of others, as you looked around throughout the day.  After observing all that you encountered and all that surrounded you, it is now your Free Will and Conscious Choice of how you can learn from the actions of others and how you want to be observed in the future from the actions you put forward.
